  • Standard UPS or Fedex ground cost = All orders shipped by UPS or FedEx ground ship free of charge to you.
    There are no ground shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. See 3 Day Air below. UPS delivery time within the continental US generally takes between 3-9 business days from the day it leaves the warehouse.
  • 3-Day UPS Select = Flat charge of $27.50 for a single item. See next paragraphs for information about multiple items shipped via express.
    Note: No lighting can be shipped by express delivery. 3-Day Select UPS shipping guarantees that your order will arrive at your address on the third business day following the day it was shipped. Example: If it ships on Tuesday you begin counting on Wednesday for the three day period. It would be delivered on Friday. If we are unable to ship it from our warehouse or our supplier's warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of your order we will notify you. Note: UPS does not ship on weekends.Also, these express shipping flat rate prices are based upon single item purchase estimates. If you order more than one item and the actual shipping price is substantially higher than the $27.50 flat rate we will manually adjust the shipping cost once all rates are known.     We can arrange overnight shipping on many of our products but it is not a part of our ordering system because so many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Please call or email us about overnight shipping on the item you are interested in and we will tell you if it's available and what the cost will be.     ORDERS FROM ALASKA, HAWAII, OR CANADA: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat 22% of the order total or the actual cost...whichever is larger. If the actual cost is larger we will adjust this manually after the sale. SELECT 3-DAY AIR FOR SHIPPING OPTION DURING CHECKOUT. If your order is a small item and can be shipped by our supplier via US Mail we will issue a credit to your credit card for the difference between our initial charge and the actual US Mail cost once we receive the actual shipping cost from from our supplier.


  • If you reside in Canada please contact us and we will get a shipping cost estimate to you immediately. Also, Canadian orders are charged a 20% "brokerage fee" per the Canadian government for paperwork services at the border to allow shipments to move through customs.



    HOW TO TRACK SHIPMENTS TO YOU

    All of our products are shipped directly to you from our various suppliers. We stock no inventory. Most suppliers are good about sending us the UPS and FedEx tracking numbers the day that they ship and we will immediately forward those to you via email. The email is set up as a link to either UPS or FedEx and it will tell you the exact status of your order and when it is projected to be delivered. If we only send you a tracking number you can then click on either the FedEx or UPS links below and input your numbers and it will tell you the status.     GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:

    Each product page includes an estimated time that it takes for a particular product to leave the warehouse. This time must then be added to the projected shipping time in order for you to get a general delivery estimate. In-stock items normally leave the warehouses within 2-10 days of ordering unless otherwise posted on each product page.

    Note: UPS does not deliver to US Postal Service mail boxes and they do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Please include a suitable physical address for your shipment. IF YOU NEED OVERNIGHT SHIPPING PLEASE CALL US AND WE WILL GIVE YOU THE COST ESTIMATE AND MAKE THE ARRANGEMENTS WITH OUR SUPPLIER TO HAVE IT SHIPPED.

    INFORMATION REGARDING HEAVY FURNITURE ITEMS

    Generally, heavy items are shipped via common carrier (freight) due to their size and weight. When items are delivered via freight to a residential address the freight companies are not required to do anything other than to remove it from their truck. Some will bring it inside...some will not. They will generally call you when it arrives in your hometown to notify you of delivery and to set up a time. We suggest to our clients that if the drivers will not take it into your house or garage that you offer to pay them something to do so if you do not have help that can do it for you. Also, many furniture items will come in separate pieces which will require some assembly on your part.

    VERY IMPORTANT: Prior to receipt of this furniture if you see that you are going to be out of town for 3-5 days or longer please notify us so that we can pass that along to the manufacturer or their shipper. Many local truck freight companies will only hold furniture for a few days before they start charging you a storage fee. If you fail to notify us of an extended out-of-town trip and the freight company is forced to store the furniture for over 3-5 days, any storage fees will be at your expense. These fees will be charged to us and we will charge them to your credit card. These fees can be as high as $75 per day according to the size of the furniture.
